Dealership Coaching

Comengine Coaching for Dealers caters to the specific needs of retail performance driven companies. Because of our real retail experience with hands-on time running dealerships we can deal with most situations in the local market. Our overseas experience is translated and modified to be relevant to the local market.

Different departments have various requirements and our approach allows us to target the issues and introduce strategies to achieve performance goals. Our proprietary business solutions and interactive processes allow the coaching to be understood by the participants. The issue is communicated to the group and various solutions identified and strategies developed so that the outcome stays with the group.

In most cases, outcomes are immediate and a participant can go back to their dealership and implement what they have identified as being valuable to them.

Coaching not Training

Our approach is different from conventional seminar training methods in these areas:

  • Each coaching session is customized and localized.
  • Each coaching session is interactive and questions and robust discussion about each topic is encouraged.
  • Comengine coaches’ acts as educators and facilitate the knowledge growth.
  • We do not instruct as the group will find a solution.
  • This allows the group to conduct a similar discussion later to assist in managing the original issue.

Comengine Coaching includes a formal process that makes sure that the coaching is relevant and in keeping with the long term aims of the client. Comengine utilizes internal expertise along with its global partnership resources to deliver customized coaching solutions ranging from product development strategy, retail network management, media relationship development, to customer relationship management.

Prior to commencing the production of the coaching content research is done that we call 'Health Check'. This enables us to identify and understand the issues at hand and see what the root cause and potential solutions could be. This is done using the 6 Sigma process of IMASM
