Each consultant brings valuable knowledge of either the needs and wants from the OEM’s view point or the Dealers view point allowing a 360 degree view of the supply chain. Comengine has developed the latest process tools needed to provide a consistently focused and relevant solution to the many challenges faced by the fast changing automotive industry in China. These process tools are proprietary and based on the Six Sigma approach to management improvement.
